Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your paid period. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available after service delivery begins.

Payment Timing

Pay-per-use: Charged immediately upon purchase. Hoo Pass (subscription): Charged on signup date, then auto-renewed monthly on the same date. Next charge date is available in the Stripe Customer Portal and on the invoice sent to your registered email.

Service Delivery

Audio file upload and AI mixing are available immediately after payment completion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pay-per-use: Cancellation is available before AI audio processing begins. Refunds are not available after processing starts due to the nature of digital services. Hoo Pass (subscription): Cancel anytime by emailing support@mued.jp with subject 'Hoo Pass cancellation' (cancellation processed within 24 business hours). Service remains available until the next renewal date, after which charges stop. Cancelled credits remain usable for 30 days. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.

Prices below are shown as pre-tax (tax-included in parentheses):

• First consultation: First 60 min free / then ¥30,000 (¥33,000 incl. tax) per session
• Assessment + blueprint (one-off): ¥250,000 (¥275,000 incl. tax, lump sum prepaid)
• Monthly build: ¥200,000 (¥220,000 incl. tax)/month~ (scoped per engagement)
• Monthly companion: ¥400,000 (¥440,000 incl. tax)/month~ (scoped per engagement)

Payment Timing

Consultation: per session. Assessment + blueprint: prepaid lump sum. Monthly plans: billed at the start of each month. * Payment method (invoice or payment link) will be stated once the payment design is finalized.

Service Delivery

Free consultations and advisory sessions are held online at the reserved date and time. The one-off assessment is delivered by a due date agreed individually at the initial meeting after the contract is concluded (the delivery due date is stated in the quotation, the booking confirmation email, or the contract). Monthly services are provided on a rolling monthly basis from the start date stated in the contract or the booking confirmation email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free consultations and advisory sessions may be cancelled if you notify us by the day before the scheduled date (a full refund is given if payment has already been made). No refund is given for same-day cancellation or no-show. For the one-off assessment, cancellation before work has begun is fully refunded. If you terminate midway after work has begun, we refund the balance after deducting the fee corresponding to the services already provided and the deliverables already produced, together with any external costs already incurred (the basis for calculating the deduction is stated in the individual contract, the quotation, or the booking confirmation email, and an itemized statement is provided at the time of refund). Monthly services may be cancelled at any time (please contact support@mued.jp). Cancellation takes effect on the last day of the contract month in which we receive your cancellation request; there is no pro-rated refund for the current month, and billing stops from the following contract month onward. For the purposes of this section, "beginning of work" means that, after the contract is concluded, we hold the initial meeting, or begin any research, analysis, design, or deliverable production based on the information or materials you provide (administrative steps alone — such as scheduling, invoice issuance, or payment confirmation — do not constitute the beginning of work).
